As a Delivery Manager for VR & Metaverse, Web3 projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of immersive experiences for clients. All projects are done by our trusted set of partners. You will guide, and work very closely with a team of developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead the delivery, from conception to release, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage a team of partner developers, designers, and project managers, ensuring that they have the resources, tools, and support they need to be successful.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, QA, and product owners to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues, proactively taking corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track.
• Ensure that project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and design documents, are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience managing software development projects, and must have relevant experience in immersive tech.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers. Strong understanding of immersive technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Familiarity with software development practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
